Brisbane Solitaire

Brisbane Solitaire is a game similar to Yukon Solitaire. It is easier though, because cards can be moved onto any suit.

Aim:

To build ascending suit sequences, starting with the Ace, in the foundation zone.

How to Play:

In the manoeuvre zone, move any pile of cards from one stack to another, as long as the top card in the pile is one lower rank than the card it moves onto.

Any card (or group of cards) can move onto an empty manoeuvre stack.

The game is won when all cards are moved into the foundation zone.

Example:

Suppose that the initial deal looks like this:

Brisbane Solitaire 1

You might start by moving the 7 of Diamonds sequence onto the 8 of Clubs...

Brisbane Solitaire 2

Now move the 3 of Diamonds sequence onto the 4 of Hearts...

Brisbane Solitaire 3

From here you might continue with the 7 of Spades onto the 8 of Spades, the 3 of Hearts onto the 4 of Clubs, the Queen of Spades onto the King of Diamonds, and then the 10 of Hearts, onto the Jack of Hearts, to expose the 2 Aces...

From here you would move the Aces up to the foundation, and then continue the game...
